Hypnotherapy for Food Craving
I had been struggling with food choices, in particular sweet foods. I felt I had little control over my cravings and wanted to quit sugar for the long term.
I found my sessions with Emma very pleasant. I looked forward to our sessions, as they gave me focus. I felt very comfortable with Emma, and she gave me the time to talk through my problems and experiences in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
I now have a better understanding of how the mind, and especially willpower, works. I know what I must do, how I must think, to succeed now. I have various tools which will help me and I feel able to achieve my desired result. My thinking is much more positive and I feel that I express this in my interactions with others. I know that if I keep on using the tools, and if I focus on my objective, then I can and will become the person I ultimately want to be.
