Hypnotherapy for OCD
Before going to see Caroline I had OCD. I felt I always had to do jobs when I was at home, I couldn’t shut off and relax and as a result I had a short temper. Now I feel happier in myself and no longer feel the need to stress out about little things. I feel moving forward I can look more at the positives than the negatives. Hypnotherapy has helped me feel relaxed and I found the information about why I was feeling the way I was extremely useful and informative. I would like to thank Caroline for helping me and I would recommend hypnotherapy to anybody – it can really help and change how you think about things.
