Hypnotherapy after Surgery

Having had two knee replacements and one hip replaced because of arthritis I was feeling quite low and struggling to sleep and focus on what I needed to do business wise. After talks with my wife she suggested going to see Emma and boy am I glad I did! When I first visited Emma I was a little aprehensive, thinking “why and what am I here for?” But that all changed very quickly. Talking at first about what I was there for and then all these different problems started to come into my head, very negative thoughts, not interested, wanted to push everything to the back of my mind, feeling very tired and in general quite low. Having got the CD from Emma I went to bed that night thinking, “this is going to help – I don’t think so!” But it did! I had the best sleep for more that 5 months, felt more relaxed in the morning, and had a great start to the day just by feeling relaxed. Hypnotherapy for Migraine

I had been suffering with migraine for as long as I can remember, this was always made worse by strong smells, I was hoping that Emma would be able to help with this. I have had hypnosis before and have always found it to be beneficial. I really enjoyed my sessions,  I learnt a lot about how my brain processes things I found it all very interesting. Hypnotherapy for Anxiety and Depression

I was struggling with my anxiety and beginning to feel very depressed. I was becoming withdrawn and turning into a recluse. I chose hypnotherapy as I didn’t see any other way. Hypnotherapy for Anxiety

I was very anxious and worried all the time. I had been trying to work out how to overcome this for a few months but couldn’t see any way forward. After talking to Emma I thought she would be able to help. I found the sessions with Emma very enjoyable! It was very helpful to understand how my brain worked and that I wasn’t completely bonkers! I always came away feeling much calmer and more relaxed. I can now deal with my worries and anxieties by either dealing directly with the problem or by realising that there is nothing I can do and push it from my mind. Hypnotherapy for Insomnia

I have suffered chronic insomnia for many years and have tried many things forward help including reading books and taking medication. I hoped hypnotherapy would help.
